The outpatient operative facilities are located in the basement of the ROC. Here six operating rooms are provided to meet the needs of our patients requiring outpatient surgery. Dedicated anesthesia staff are always present to help during the peri-operative care of our patients.
The Riley Outpatient Center (or 'The ROC') is the newest addition to our armamentarium for patient care. Once opened in 1999, the ROC provided ample space for outpatient visits and outpatient operative procedures.
Our clinic is located on the Second floor of the ROC building within the Surgery MSA area. Here we are able to perform consultations, pre-operative visits and post-operative follow-up. Minor procedures including gastrostomy tube exchanges and biopsies may also be performed on-site. The adjacent radiology department provides wonderful support for patients requiring same-day radiologic services, including x-rays, ultrasound, and computed tomography (CT) scanning.
