ALAN LADD

  • Degree: MD
  • Specialty: Pediatric Surgery
  • Medical School: Indiana University School of Medicine
  • General Surgery Residency: Indiana University School of Medicine
  • Pediatric Surgery Fellowship: Indiana University School of Medicine

My training in General Surgery and specialized training in Pediatric Surgery were each performed through the Indiana University School of Medicine and Riley Hospital for Children. This training has lead to my board-certification in both General and Pediatric Surgery, thus covering general surgical issues of all ages. My practice in pediatric surgery began in 2002 in Indianapolis at Riley Hospital and has expanded to hospitals on the north- and west-side of Indianapolis. The continued spark that I have in pediatric surgical care lies in the ongoing ability to provide definited [sic] care for the health of children that will benefit them for a lifetime. My developed areas of focused interest in the field of pediatric surgery lie in the aspects of cancer surgery and in the care and surgical management of intestinal malabsorption.
